Shipping

Orders are produced on demand by fulfillment partners and shipped directly to the recipient. Delivery times depend on product type, production partner, shipping method, and destination.

Personalized Goods

Because personalized products are made for a specific customer, returns are generally limited to manufacturing defects, damaged items, wrong items, or production errors.

Issue Resolution

Customers should contact support with the order number, photos of the issue, and packaging photos where relevant. We will coordinate with the fulfillment partner for reprints, refunds, or replacements when appropriate.
